Your Wedding Ceremony Process

I’ve got your back.

You have a bizallion things on your mind. I’ve got just one… Get you married! My job is to make sure you’re legally married and guarantee your wedding ceremony is magnificent and exactly what you want.

Together, we’ll go over all of the following…

Your Love Story Questionnaire

You and your partner share an incredible love story that serves as the foundation for your upcoming wedding ceremony. Once confirmed as your wedding officiant, you will receive an in-depth Love Story Questionnaire. From your answers, I will craft a one-of-a-kind, deeply personal love story narrative that captures the essence of your romance, which I will subsequently present during your upcoming wedding ceremony.

Your Official Wedding Details (Intake Form)

Once I’m confirmed as your officiant, you will also receive an extensive intake form that will provide me with essential information regarding your wedding ceremony, such as venue, participants, wedding attire, and if you expect any reality show-like drama during your ceremony. My couples love filling this out together.

Your Vows

Steeped in over 500 years of tradition, your wedding vows are a public (sometimes private) binding promise you will make to each other. You can write your own vows, or not, and I will help you every step of the way.

Venue & Logistics

We cover it all in your official Wedding Details Questionnaire.

Religion, Beliefs, Traditions & Customs

We will discuss what needs to come together, and what needs to be kept apart. Despite everyone’s best intentions, this is your wedding, and we’re going to do it your way.

Wedding Participants

Who is in your wedding party and who is not? What do I need to know before y’all walk down the aisle?

Children and Special Participants

Are you planning to include children in your wedding? Pets? As part of your wedding ceremony, will you be honoring or recognizing anyone special? Inquiring minds want to know.

Vendors

Think of your wedding ceremony as a well-oiled machine. Everything needs to work and flow perfectly from start to finish. My job as your wedding officiant is to be aware of all the moving parts, and when it comes time for y’all to say, “I do,” there are no surprises, just pure joy, and celebration.

Weather Concerns

We will discuss weather contingencies, possibilities, and best and worse case scenarios. Oh, yes, we will be ready for anything!

Pronoun Discussions

It’s a new day. If need be, let’s discuss pronouns!

Additional Concerns

What else? What’s keeping you awake at night? We will discuss all your worries and concerns, so when it comes time to say, “I do,” you won’t have a care in the world.
